    GBP connection FAQ:

I have over 200 Google Business Profile locations that I manage for my clients, how do I connect them to the Workspace in order to publish unique posts to them, Bulk post inclusive?

    1. 1. It's important to avoid mixing different companies, clients, or brands within the same workspace as it can complicate management. Ideally, allocate a separate workspace for each entity.
    2. 2. In the context of Google Business Profile, having all your clients use the same email address for additions means their Locations will all appear under a single workspace, which can be problematic. Here are your alternatives:
    3. a. You can establish up to 200 workspaces, linking the same account profile to each, but ensure you associate only one specific client with each workspace and leave the others unlinked.
    4. b. Consider having a distinct email address for each client, such as [email protected]. This approach enables you to link each email with a different workspace, facilitating smoother management.
    5. c. Alternatively, you can delegate the connection task to your clients by granting them Admin access. This allows them to log in to the workspace and establish the connection themselves. It's critical to remember that connections need to be refreshed regularly to prevent publishing problems, typically every 60 days for most platforms.
    6. To learn how to create workspaces in bulk, visit the workspace page: Workspace

Why is my post not displaying on my Location despite displaying as successfully published on Postly?

    1. a. Make sure to obtain manager-level access for managing the Locations.
    2. b. It's crucial to accept all necessary permissions for effective management and posting.
    3. c. Avoid including contact phone numbers and links in the text content of your posts. Google tends to disapprove and may reject posts containing such details.
    4. d. Alternatively, incorporate your contact phone numbers into the images you post, and the links in the Call-to-action field provided. This method is less likely to be detected by automated systems, increasing the likelihood of your post being successfully published.
