How to manage your teams
Invite your team members to your Workspaces1. Your team members should sign up for an account before they can be added to the team. A free account sign up is sufficient.
2. Go to the Team page of the specific Workspace you want to invite them to, and use the Invite button at the top right corner to to invite your team members. They will be notified via email with a link and instructions on how to join your Workspace. You can also copy the invite link and share with them directly.
Team members in different Workspaces do not have access to view or interact with each other. Each Workspace is secure and private.
- Managing a team member
1. Assign a specific role to every team member. See the role privileges in the screenshot below.
2. You can easily remove a team member. This will not impact the posts they have scheduled or other activities they have performed on the Workspaces.
- Team member with Owner Role
1. This team member has access to all the privileges, except for account and billing.
2. The owner role can create Workspaces on your account, below are screenshots illustrating the steps.
